The Seller gives a lifelong guarantee on the software. All found out and properly reported bugs are a subject to unconditional fixing. The updated version of the software is sent to the Buyer gratuitously.
The Seller gives 3 months of trial period after which no claims concerning software options/functions are accepted. All claims shall be presented in written form and approved by duly authorized persons from both sides. The final decision on necessity of modification in the software is resolved by the Seller. Any offers on improvement of the software are welcomed and discussed always.
The Seller gives 12 months warranty period for Pattern Generator at provided its integrity and not infringement of exploiting conditions. During the warranty period the repair is done free of cost. The Buyer is responsible to arrange the round-transportation of equipment at its own expense.
