An approximate training program will be sent to your request.
Usually, for training of writing we use our Si substrates (pieces of wafer) of 1x1 cm size approximately covered by PMMA 950K resist. Customer is responsible for facilities and chemicals for resist development. Our basic requirements for installation and training can be found here in the Support\Services section.
