Q:	What kinds of substrates can be used in this application? Is there any limitation of material? What kinds of substrates can be used in this application?
A:	The main requirement for a substrate - it must be conductive to provide charge draining. The most common substrate is a semiconductor material. But you can use dielectric materials also by depositing thin metal layer on their surface.
